Count Moses Steelport

Count Moses Steelport is a notorious recluse and the governmental leader of the city of Steelport. Incredibly eccentric and reclusive, Moses Steelport has not been seen in public in the last five years. He rose to power six years ago, after he was elected by an independent city council after the untimely death of the city's last count. There are very few photographs of him, none of them having been authorized. To the general public, Moses Steelport remains a mystery.
